This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining operational excellence, stakeholder collaboration, process improvement and data-driven decision-making.In this role, you'll help shape the employee learning experience across multiple locations and business areas while supporting the growth of a global L&D function that is evolving fast. Your Influential Mission: You will…Coordinate and deliver day-to-day learning and development activities, including workshops, webinars, onboarding and mandatory training programmes.Manage learning operations and help ensure a smooth experience for employees, managers and stakeholders across the business.Own and maintain L&D reporting, including participation rates, completion tracking, learning analytics and compliance reporting.Analyse learning data, identify trends and provide insights that support better decision-making and help demonstrate the impact of learning initiatives.Monitor mandatory training completion across multiple jurisdictions and support audit and compliance requirements.Research, engage and coordinate with external learning providers and vendors, from initial assessment through to delivery support.Support vendor negotiations, budgeting activities and learning programme administration.Build, improve and maintain L&D playbooks, templates, processes and ways of working that help the function operate more efficiently.Partner with colleagues across the business to drive engagement, knowledge sharing and participation in learning initiatives.
