Graduate Development ProgramWe are seeking highly motivated and ambitious recent graduates to join FLS as Graduate Development Associate. This two-year rotational program is designed to accelerate your professional growth through meaningful assignments, customer-facing experiences, technical development, and exposure to different business functions. Participants will build the skills, knowledge, and business acumen needed to become future technical and business leaders within FLS.About the roleThe Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a global two-year rotational program designed to develop a strong pipeline of talent for business-impacting roles across FLS. Through structured rotations, formal learning, and hands-on project work, participants gain deep exposure to our products, customers, and operations.During the program, you will work alongside experienced professionals, learn from industry experts, and contribute to projects that directly support business objectives. Assignments will depend on the career track you are hired for:Technical development track: You may be assigned to engineering (product, project or process engineering), proposals, field services, testing, etc.Sales development track: You may be assigned to field services, sales support, service centers, etc.Operations development track: You may be assigned to sourcing, procurement, supply chain, project management, etc.About the departmentFLS is a leading provider of technology, equipment, and services to the global mining industry.
