What Creative Services Contributes to Cardinal Health
Cardinal Health brand across all touchpoints (print, digital, photography, etc.) from ideation to execution. Creative Services maintains our brand identity and consistently seeks to support the evolution over time with input from internal and external stakeholders. We work with other members of the Pharmaceutical Segment marketing organization, corporate teams and external agencies as needed to develop compelling and effective creative campaigns and materials (marketing collateral, digital content, exhibit graphics, etc.) that support business priorities.
Job Summary
The Graphic Designer II of Creative Services is responsible for conceptualization, design execution and production of labeling artwork on Cardinal Health product packaging while supporting the brand and identity system. This role requires the ability to take creative direction from leadership to move forward with projects and able to provide design solutions based on the parameters set forth by the client and/or Supervisor.
Anticipated hourly range: $27.40 per hour - $35.37 per hour

The hourly range listed is an estimate. Pay at Cardinal Health is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographical location, relevant education, experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equity.
Responsibilities
•
Provide design services for the in-house creative team.
•
Develop and produce creative marketing collateral and digital content for internal marketing partners.
•
Collaborate with team members such as Lead Designers or Supervisor/Manager
•
Work on projects with minimal to moderate complexity.
•
Execute print and production best practices in the management and coordination of the creative process.
•
Act as an ambassador of Enterprise Branding and Marketing standards including the corporate brand and its visual identity system.
•
Promotes collaboration within the team through sharing early and often as well as respects business partners/creative points of view.
•
Present creative solutions to problems when presenting challenges to leadership.
•
Actively learn new techniques to be more proficient in design skills while sharing and mentoring the other members of the design team.
