Our products are designed to perform under the toughest conditions.JOB SUMMARYThe position, Graphics I, is responsible for applying various graphics to emergency apparatus according to specified customer orders. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot issues with application effectively. This position also requires maintaining orders for the laser engraver and delegating work to teammates according to workflow.YOUR IMPACTDemonstrate strong attention to detail for precise alignment, trimming, and positioning to ensure a professional finish Exhibit manual dexterity and steady hand-eye coordination when applying vinyl, decals, and wrapsApply knowledge of materials and tools, including vinyl types, adhesives, squeegees, heat guns, and cutting toolsPerform thorough surface preparation to support long-lasting adhesionUtilize problem-solving skills to navigate irregular surfaces, environmental factors, or misalignmentsInterpret graphic layouts and installation guides accuratelyManage time effectively to complete tasks within schedule constraintsInterpret and communicate design layouts, work orders, and prints to accurately prepare patterns and productsMeasure and mark up truck with striping layoutPre-fit/pre-cut material piecesPrepare numbers and letters for application to truck (weeding/masking)Apply striping, numbers, letters, and emblems to vehicles according to layout specificationsDisassemble and reassemble small components of vehicles as neededPrioritize the work based upon scheduleTroubleshoot issues that may delay applicationDesign and operate laser engraverOperate graphics printers and plottersModify designs and drawings as needed to match and fit the intended layout on the vehiclePerform product inspections and final sign offCollect and maintain record stats and process controlMaintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulationsDemonstrate effective interpersonal communication skillsAll other duties and responsibilities as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or equivalent education or two-three years of related experience and/or trainingSTANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS Ability to use tape measure.Ability to use various small and pneumatic hand tools.Ability to use various software such as World, Corel Draw, Composer, Excel, and WordOshkosh is committed t...
