You’ll be leading a team of designers to develop the tools and quality experiences used by our Wise Platform Partners. Alongside this you'll be collaborating closely with banks and online platforms, consulting on the ways they can improve experiences for their customers. You’ll be part of Wise’s global mission to build an open, fair, and human financial system. What you’ll be doing: You’ll be working with the cross-functional teams that make up Wise Platform — a squad that helps banks and large enterprises move the world’s money with speed, certainty and ease. You'll also be part of the Wise Design Community and will regularly collaborate with designers across Wise. You’ll be reporting into a Design Director operating across both Wise Platform and our award winning Design Systems team giving you broad visibility across design at Wise.
