Who you are The Group Product Marketing Manager (PMM) will help shape how our products evolve and are represented in the market, including collaborating on market research & competitive analysis, informing product messaging, feature development & prioritization, positioning, messaging, naming, education, go-to-market strategy development & execution, and growth. Working with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Content, Production, Partnerships, and Advancement, you will collaborate on executing activities that acquire and retain customers on their journey to being understood. You will generate high-impact ideas that support our objectives, lead complex cross-functional workstreams, clearly prioritize work, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive them to completion. Products you may touch include our main site – where personalized experiences, behavior change interventions, content & other resources live – the Understood app, and our podcast network. You’ll support the growth and evolution of existing products, as well as the development and launch of new products like behavior change interventions, a clinical term for treatments that help shift behaviors for our users to create positive, lasting change in their lives. Personalization and AI will be a core component of these offerings. This is a hybrid role that requires a minimum of three (3) days a week in our NYC office, with a focus on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. We are a Mac-based environment, and team members are provided a Mac laptop for their work.
