THE TEAM

Our performance marketing team is three people located in London and Berlin building an in-house growth engine for the German market. You'll report to the Team Lead Performance Marketing and work day-to-day alongside colleagues owning Paid Search and Paid Social. Your focus: everything beyond those two channels, diversifying into areas where we're still early and the upside is real. You'll be a key contributor to our channel diversification.

You'll also be supported by our Commercial Strategy team, who partner with you on test design, attribution, and performance measurement.

How we work

We're a cross-location team, so we're deliberate about staying connected: weekly performance syncs to challenge each other's thinking, monthly cross-channel jour fixes with the wider marketing team so nothing happens in a silo, and regular company-wide learning sessions where we share what worked and what didn't. We expect team members to be in the office at least 25% of total working hours to keep collaboration strong.
