Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and hands-on GTM Finance Sr. Manager / Director to serve as our first GTM finance business partner at SmithRx. Partnering closely with Sales and Marketing (S&M) leadership, this builder will shape the financial foundation of our go-to-market engine. We are looking for an individual who can scale a business-oriented finance function from the ground up. Reporting to the Senior Director, Strategic Finance, this role will own financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the GTM organization. You will play a critical role in driving GTM strategy, delivering actionable insights, and ensuring alignment between growth investments and financial outcomes. What you will do: Build deep partnerships with Sales and Marketing (S&M) leadership by providing strategic decision support across all areas of investment, delivering high-level financial results, and identifying emerging market trends. Own and continuously improve forecasting models for members and revenue, ensuring alignment with pipeline, targets and long-range planning. Own and evolve GTM KPIs and ROI frameworks (CAC, LTV, Payback) to guide decision making that aligns with the Company’s long-term objectives. Partner with GTM teams on pricing strategy and proposals, developing robust P&L models for new customers and contracts.
