Role OverviewThe Head of Enterprise Payments, Banking, and Retiree Services is a senior executive responsible for the end‑to‑end strategy, operational performance, and transformation of the firm’s global payments, banking, and retiree servicing capabilities. This role oversees high‑volume, highly regulated services that are mission‑critical to client experience, liquidity, and financial integrity, while driving modernization through automation, data, and emerging technologies.
