This role is fully embedded within our global FP&A organization, combining hands-on ownership of REL's financial control, safeguarding, and regulatory obligations with true strategic partnership to European business leadership on forecasting, unit economics, and growth.You will lead the REL finance team, act as a key advisor to the REL Executive Management Team and Board, and serve as the day-to-day Finance partner to the leaders driving our Europe business — helping shape unit economics, investment, and expansion decisions as we continue to scale across the region.Note: This role is designated as a Controlled Function (CF) under the CBI's Fitness & Probity Regime, currently encompassing both the Head of Finance and Head of Safeguarding PCF designations for REL.
