HEAD OF PRODUCT DESIGN

Salary range: €110,000-150,000/annum

We’re looking for a highly hands-on and influential Head of Product Design to join our team in Berlin. This pivotal role goes beyond execution; you'll lead by example, deeply owning end-to-end product experiences, directly shaping our design strategy, and significantly elevating the overall quality and impact of our user-centric products. WHAT YOU’LL DO 🎯

- Lead End-to-End Product Design: Drive the entire design process from discovery and ideation through to detailed implementation, ensuring a relentless focus on quality, speed, and measurable impact.

- Coach & Elevate Design Quality: Act as a hands-on leader, directly coaching and mentoring a team of designers to continuously raise the bar for visual and interaction design, setting new standards across the product experience.
