This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong, demonstrated product experience in the investment industry, alongside knowledge of market trends, innovation, and the evolving regulatory landscape. Experience in launching ETF products and an understanding of tokenisation would be highly valued.Investment expertise means nothing if clients don’t experience it. Our business development and client experience teams build trusted relationships across regions, while our marketing, investment, and communications teams showcase what sets us apart – powering our growth.A bit about the role:Reporting to the Head of Global Product, the Head of Product Development (Public Markets) will lead a team of Product Development Managers and be accountable for new product development activity across Public Markets strategies. This role collaborates across all areas of Aviva Investors to carry out detailed feasibility assessments for new products. The aim is to ensure that new ideas meet clearly identified client needs, are supported by strong investment capability and capacity, demonstrate robust financial business cases, and can be effectively delivered operationally.
