We are seeking a Head of Product, Personal Loans to serve as a strategic and operational thought partner to the Chief Product Officer, driving cross-product initiatives that scale Pagaya’s platform and deepen its value across personal loans. This role is ideal for a highly accomplished product leader who thrives on connecting strategic insight with executional rigor. You’ll influence Pagaya’s product direction, partner with executives across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Capital Markets, and own initiatives critical to the company’s growth trajectory. Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Influence Partner directly with the Chief Product Officer to define and drive key strategic initiatives across Pagaya’s product ecosystem. Translate company and business objectives into actionable product strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps that guide execution across teams. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on product direction, trade-offs, and prioritization. Monitor market, regulatory, and competitive trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Execution & Delivery Lead complex, cross-functional product initiatives — from concept to delivery — ensuring measurable business outcomes. Develop clear, data-driven roadmaps aligned with growth, scalability, and partner success. Engage deeply with Engineering and Data Science to design, validate, and launch scalable systems and platforms. Use a metrics-driven approach to define success, measure performance, and iterate quickly based on feedback and data insights. Customer, Partner & Market Focus Collaborate with Pagaya’s partners — banks, fintechs, and investors — to understand needs, identify leverage points, and shape new opportunities.
