The Role As Head of Projects, you will lead the Project Management function across Product & Technology, ensuring the successful delivery of strategic change initiatives and complex product development programmes. Reporting to the Vice President, Portfolio and Programmes, you will provide leadership across project delivery, resource management and governance, enabling teams to deliver predictable, high-quality outcomes in a hybrid Agile environment. Working closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Programme Leaders and business stakeholders, you'll ensure delivery commitments are realistic, risks are proactively managed and portfolio priorities are translated into achievable plans. This is a highly visible leadership role, responsible for developing a high-performing team of Project Managers while continuously improving delivery capability, governance and operational excellence across Product & Technology. Key Responsibilities Lead the Project Management function across Product & Technology, driving consistent, high-quality delivery across a portfolio of strategic initiatives. Provide leadership, coaching and performance management for Project Managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing delivery culture. Oversee delivery planning, governance, risks, dependencies and milestone management across multiple programmes and projects. Own resource management and workforce planning, ensuring delivery capacity aligns with business priorities. Partner with Product, Engineering, Portfolio Governance and business leaders to improve delivery predictability and execution.
