We’re rapidly scaling this impact: today, more than 2 million Verkada devices are deployed across 170+ countries. About the Role At Verkada, recruiting is one of our greatest competitive advantages. As we continue to scale globally, we're looking for a Head of Recruiting Operations to build the systems, processes, and operating model that enable us to hire exceptional talent at scale. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales Strategy & Operations, you'll lead the teams responsible for scaling Verkada's recruiting function and organization, including Recruiting Operations, Recruiting Coordinators, Recruiting Enablement, Recruiting Systems & Tools, and our Embedded Recruiting Strategy function. Unlike traditional recruiting organizations, Verkada operates a decentralized recruiting model where recruiting teams are embedded within the business functions they support. You'll establish the operating model, governance, and shared ways of working that enable those teams to operate as one high-performing recruiting organization while partnering closely with Recruiting Leadership, Finance, People, and business leaders to drive hiring excellence across the company. This is a highly visible leadership role at the intersection of recruiting operations, analytics, systems, and business strategy. You'll improve how we hire by building scalable recruiting programs, leveraging data to inform decisions, and creating the operational foundation that supports Verkada's continued growth.
