Your Role: The Head of UES (User Ecosystem), Robotics is the top commercial executive for FF’s Robotics business, accountable for end-to-end user growth, sales revenue, channel strategy, and user lifecycle outcomes. Reporting to senior executive leadership, this role owns the full UES P&L for Robotics and leads a multi-functional organization spanning user acquisition, FF Par and direct sales, ecommerce, content commerce, MarCom-driven sales, community sales, and user operations. The UES Leader will architect the go-to-market model for FF Robotics products from launch through scale, integrating physical, digital, content, and community channels into a single, AI-native, user-centric commercial engine. Key Responsibilities: Commercial Strategy & P&L Ownership:Define and own the multi-year UES strategy and annual operating plan for FF Robotics, with full accountability for revenue, contribution margin, user acquisition cost, and lifetime value targets. Go-to-Market Architecture:Design and orchestrate an integrated GTM model spanning FF Par retail, direct sales, ecommerce, content commerce, MarCom sales, and community sales, ensuring each channel has a clear role, a clear economic model, and clear hand-offs.
