The Electrical Apprentice provides assistance and technical electrical support to the Foreman and Electricians, and also works as a team with the Lead and Installers to complete mechanical portions of residential solar installation projects.Responsibilities Assist in the installation of electrical systems and EV ChargersAssist in the troubleshooting of system problems and help resolve electrical issuesEquipment assembly and installationProject clean up including client site and installation vehicleEnsure attention to detail with an emphasis on safety, quality, customer service, and productivityDemonstrate knowledge of OSHA standards related to photovoltaic installations and enforce safety practices and standardsDevelop a positive working dynamic within installation crew and branch co-workersQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 1 year of electrical installation and repair experienceMust maintain a clean driving record with the ability to pass a driving background check.
