The role
You'll be the People Business Partner for our core business: security operations, incident response, customer support & onboarding, and project management. It's the most varied population in the company working students running shift rosters next to deeply specialized senior engineers, and managers at very different stages of their leadership journey. That mix is exactly why this role needs presence more than years. You'll coach first-time managers on the basics one hour and challenge C-level on a strategic call the next. You'll need to be comfortable doing both and to enjoy it. And here's what makes this role bigger than the title: alongside the partnering work, you'll get to build things most HRBPs only inherit.
