Job Summary The HRBP serves as a consultative partner to assigned client-group leaders, advising on organizational and people decisions while owning key People Operations programs — including employee relations and investigations, compensation, and compliance matters. This role combines hands-on program ownership with strategic advisory skills, and works closely with the Director, People Operations to support Impiricus' continued growth.   Responsibilities:  HR Advising Serve as a trusted HR advisor to assigned client-group leaders, consulting on organizational structure, performance management, policy, and people decisions Provide mentorship to lower-level HR staff who are growing in areas of expertise such as employee relations, workplace investigations, and compliance Employee Lifecycle Own employee lifecycle tasks for the client group, including coordination of work visa/immigration matters, leave management, terminations meetings, severance negotiation, and more Lead recognition and engagement programming for the client group, including supporting DEI initiatives, employee resources groups, engagement/pulse surveys, and more Employee Relations Own formal workplace investigations from intake through findings report, and advise executives on high-risk separations and litigation-adjacent matters in partnership with Legal Own the ADA interactive process and resolve complex or contested leave and accommodation cases Compliance Own compliance activities, including FLSA classification audits Draft policies and procedures with multi-state compliance in mind Advise Director, People Operations of potential risk & compliance issues within client group Maintain positive working relationships with outside employment counsel Compensation & Benefits Design Own the design and execution of job-leveling/pay-band recom...
