You will drive and support the full People & Culture agenda – from leadership and organizational development to talent, performance, workforce planning, employee relations, and change initiatives.You will work closely with leaders and colleagues across a wide range of functions across Telia Company to deliver a great employee and manager experience.Partner with leaders on people, organization, culture, and business-related topicsTranslate business priorities and challenges into people actions and strategic choicesSupport organizational development, transformation, and change initiativesCoach and advise leaders on leadership, team effectiveness, engagement, and performanceDrive and support key People & Culture processes and initiativesFacilitate workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational changesEnsure compliant, consistent, and business-focused people practicesBuild strong partnerships across the organizationCollaborate closely with People & Culture experts to deliver high-quality people solutionsWhat will help you thrive in this role: 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or similar roleBroad HR knowledge across areas such as organizational development, talent management, performance management, employee relations, and change managementExperience partnering with leaders and supporting business transformationExperience driving organizational change and supporting leaders through transformationStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsAbility to influence, challenge, and build trust across all levels of the organizationStrong communication, coaching, and facilitation skillsBusiness mindset and ability to connect people initiatives with business goalsFluent Lithuanian and EnglishUniversity degree in Human Resources or another relevant fieldJoin us to shape smarter living for people, businesses, and the planetAt Telia, we’re a team of 15 000 colleagues across the Nordics and Baltics, passionate about technology and connectivity.
