ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of the People Team at Sky Mavis, you will primarily focus on recruiting top talent while supporting a variety of HR initiatives that enhance employee experience. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and contribute to HR operations and people programs as the business evolves. The ideal candidate is someone with strong recruiting expertise who is excited to expand their HR capabilities and grow as a versatile People professional.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.

- Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, leveraging AI-powered tools where appropriate to improve efficiency and quality.

- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key roles to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.

- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
