We take a long-term outlook on the ownership, operation and growth of our company which is driven by the needs of our stakeholders.[ma1.1]Based in Portugal and reporting to the HSQE Development & Construction Manager, the HSE Project Coordinator will be responsible for preparation and construction phase of NADARA’s development pipeline of solar and wind projects. The HSE Project Coordinator will work closely with the HSQE, Engineering, Development and Execution Teams, consultants and contractors, ensuring that the projects are completed safely, on time, and with minimal impact on the environment.Job Description:Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the business activities of all involved entities as required by Law no. 102/2009 and Decree Law n.º 273/2003.Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations;Develop and implement a Health & Safety and Environmental Plans for projects and procedures in Portugal;Conduct site inspections and audits;Monitor project progress and report its status to management;Develop and ensure the site’s risk assessment and maintain compliance with control measures throughout the construction phase;Implement action plans concerning preventive and corrective activities at solar and wind farms;Implement and coordinate emergency procedures;Provide guidance to colleagues and contractors as required, e.g. gu...
