As part of the Retail HRBP team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing People & Culture related policies, programs, and practices that produce a high-performance culture and ensure the Company’s goals for the Retail Division are met. You will support talent development, mitigate employee relations issues, enhance employee experience and support recruitment as the point-of-contact for all HR matters in your region.Please note: This is a field based role that will be required to visit Central US based retail stores frequently, often with limited advance notice.
