Our objective is to deliver innovations that are “Invented for Life.” If you work with us, you will have the chance to be part of something remarkable. #LikeABosch As a Human Resources (HR) Talent Development Intern, you will support a highly dynamic North American regional corporate HR team in the functional areas of Talent Development, Learning and Training.You will be involved in a variety of strategic projects and have operational responsibilities to support various activities aimed at enhancing associate engagement, learning, development, and organizational growth initiatives. This role will involve assisting in planning, coordinating, and executing talent development and training programs while supporting HR-related projects.This is a hybrid role based in Farmington Hills, MI. Regular onsite participation is expected for team meetings, working sessions, and relationship building. During the summer/full-time hours, this will include approximately three onsite days per week.
