HR Partner’s must also exemplify Tessera’s culture, values and commitment to excellence.Provides professional and knowledgeable HR guidance and support to ensure Tessera’s policies, Collective Bargaining Agreements and federal, state employment laws are interpreted and implemented fairly and consistently.Mentor and educate managers to identify available courses of action and how to communicate with employees on employee relations issues.Performs day-to-day HR Partner duties for the Tessera Home Office and Administrative staff.Coordinates with HR Partners and Recruiters to ensure operational support is delivered in a timely and professional manner.Has a thorough understanding of business goals. Develops, researches and recommends new approaches, policies and processes, to effect continual improvements in efficiency and accuracy of processes and services provided.Communicates proactively with HR team members and promotes transparency. Effectively communicate strategic HR and Recruitment initiatives across all levels of the organization.Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements and laws for federal, state, local and government contractors to ensure compliance.
