What You'll Be Doing
Service, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems
Perform maintenance on air conditioners, furnaces, and boilers
Troubleshoot equipment and recommend the best solutions
Deliver a five-star customer experience
Complete service documentation in ServiceTitan
Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle
Follow safety standards and company best practices
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
Experience working on AC systems, furnaces, and boilers
A customer-first attitude
Strong troubleshooting skills
A desire to continue learning and growing
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Bonus Points If You Have
Basic plumbing knowledge
