JOB SUMMARYJob Profile SummaryInspects and maintains various electrical/electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, analyzers, measurement, control and automation systems, and related equipment.Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesInstall, operate, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate/adjust, and maintain the following equipment including but not limited to:CalorimetersGravitometers/DensitometersChromatographsTelemetering systemsMoisture analyzersESD systemsElectronic odorization systemsFlow computersPH and conductivity probesInstrumentationMeter tubes and orifice platesSatellite equipmentAnalytical equipmentSupervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system and remote terminal units and equipmentDistributed Control System (DCS)Programmable Logic Control (PLC) systemsPerform preventative maintenance and/or analytical testing on compressors/engines, drivers, and auxiliary equipmentMaintain electrical power circuits, switch gear, and power distributionInstall and maintain security/intrusion systemsDrive and ensure maintenance is complete on company vehiclesMaintain and/or prepare reports and/or records including but not limited to:Maintenance and repair recordsSafety and environmental reportsMechanical drawingsElectrical schematics and diagramsPressure readingsMaterial and supply ordersLoop sheetsResponsibilities may include Department of Transportation (DOT) covered functions, including operations, maintenance, or emergency response on a pipeline.
