Safe patient care is always our goal, and we leverage innovation and technology in order to achieve world class outcomes in our state of the art 29 bed ICU department.   What will your duties include?Expand skills and knowledge in critical care practice in order to provide direct nursing care to patients requiring level 2 and 3 care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.Prioritizes nursing care, recognises deterioration in a patient’s condition and escalates to the site team/clinician immediately.Evaluates, updates and revises plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned and expected outcomes.Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.What we need from you:  NMC registered Adult Nurse (Essential)Must be willing to undertake relevant post-registration courses (Essential)Suitable hospital-based nursing experienceWhat We Offer:As a private hospital with no shareholders, we reinvest all profits back into our organisation.
