The programme targets early-career nurses with critical care career aspirations via an immersive 6-month ‘Fellowship’ which includes both classroom and direct care modules. This is a Monday to Sunday role and the postholder will be required to work a mix of Day, Night and Weekend shifts as per the service requirements.What makes us different? What will your duties include?Expand skills and knowledge in critical care practice in order to provide direct nursing care to patients requiring level 2 and 3 care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.Prioritizes nursing care, recognises deterioration in a patient’s condition and escalates to the site team/clinician immediately.Evaluates, updates and revises plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned and expected outcomes.Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.What we need from you: NMC registered Adult Nurse (Essential)Must be willing to undertake relevant post-registration courses (Essential)Suitable hospital-based nursing experienceWhat We Offer:As a private hospital with no shareholders, we reinvest all profits back into our organisation.
