Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Build professional relationships with KOLs/HCPs; gather customer and market insights to support brand strategy, launch planning and Market Access projects; effectively organize scientific/educational meetings, conferences, advisory activities and promotional events.Plan and develop multifaceted marketing action plans, programs, promotion events and branding activities to increase market share and build up a strong corporate image & product awareness.Collaborate with sales, medical affairs, distributors and other stakeholders to implement campaigns and events to address customer needs and market opportunities.Lead commercial launch preparation for new products, including market assessment, customer segmentation, positioning, value proposition, demand forecast, promotional strategy, launch readiness and cross-functional launch milestones.Partner with Market Access and cross-functional stakeholders to support pricing, reimbursement and patient access strategies, including payer value propositions, NHI reimbursement preparation and commercialization planning across self-pay, pre-reimbursement and post-reimbursement stages.Work closely with the CSL Sales team and distributor commercial team to translate brand strategy into field execution; develop sales tools and provide training on product knowledge, market dynamics, positioning, competitive landscape and promotional strategySupport sales forecasting, market potential assessment and budget planning; track sales, launch readiness, customer engagement and Market Access KPIs, and recommend actions based on performance and market evolution.Communicate and coordinate with Above Market teams, distributors, vendors, agencies and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective execution of launch and brand activities.Implement all marketing programs and promotional activities in full compliance with company global/local SOPs, applicable regulations and industry codes.Support portfolio planning, market assessment and other ad hoc strategic assignments as business needs evolve.Position Qualifications and Experience Requirements: EducationBachelor’s degree in science is required, Medical or Pharmacy or Biology degree is preferable, MBA degree preferred.ExperienceMinimum of 2~3 years’ experience in sales, 2~3 years in marketing (better with new product launch experience) or related position in multinational pharmaceutical companies.Experience in Nephrology, Cardiorenal or related therapeutic areas is an advantage.Experience in self-pay products, patient-pay market development or pre-reimbursement commercialization is an advantage.CompetenciesStrong strategic thinking and ability to translate customer/market insights into actionable brand strategiesGood understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, brand planning, forecasting and product lifecycle management.Good understanding of Taiwan NHI reimbursement and self-pay market dynamicsExcellent interpersonal, written...
