Impact Manager
Acumen is looking for an Impact Manager with at least 8 years of experience to support the Associate Director of Impact and help the team design and implement Acumen Academy’s Theory of Change and Impact Framework. This role reports to the Associate Director of Impact who is based in London. Acumen operates under a hybrid work agreement; we are in the London office for a minimum of three days a week. About the Role We are seeking someone with strong analytical skills and a proven track record in developing Theories of Change, Impact and Evidence and Measurement Frameworks. This will suit a self-starter who is able to operate/work independently, someone who is comfortable working with data and technology, who wants to learn and grow within an impact roleAccountabilities Include : 1. Impact Framework Design and Implementation Support the AD of Academy Impact on the development of the Theory of Change (TOC), Logframes/logic models, and Impact Measurement plans for all projects (as outlined above) Support to the AD of Academy Impact on the development of the Academy Evidence and Measurement Framework Lead in creating Indicator Tracking Tables and project dashboards for all projects to measure targets against actuals Lead in ensuring all projects have SMART objectives and indicators Lead in designing Impact Measurement/(Performance Management Plans) plans that include data flow and analysis plans (co-delivered with data team) 2. Data Collection & Validation Overseeing all day to day data related aspects of the programme including data collection, extraction, cleaning, analysis, reporting, and presentation. This will involve engagement with regional leads and central teams.
