Health systems and health plans are moving fast to deploy inbound AI at the front door: call center automation, IVR, decision trees, and provider directory workflows. This is not a role that follows an existing playbook, it's the role that writes it. You will define the methodology, standards, and reusable frameworks for how Hippocratic AI configures and deploys inbound solutions, the model that every deployment strategist and Forward Deployment Engineer after you will build on.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the Inbound Paradigm: Design the core methodology for inbound AI configuration, decision tree architecture, IVR logic, and provider directory setup, the standard the rest of the org will follow as we scale
