Working closely with Investment Counsellors, you will assist with administrative and project tasks related to client servicing and portfolio management, while gaining valuable exposure to the broader investment management process.This is a learning-focused position, ideal for someone curious about financial services and eager to explore the many career paths within the industry. No prior experience in finance is required, just a willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to meaningful work.Through this internship, you will:Gain first-hand experience in private wealth management and investment operations.Learn about portfolio management, client service processes, compliance, and cross-department collaboration.Develop transferable skills in organization, communication, and project coordination.Work in a supportive and inclusive environment that values diversity, mentorship, and professional growth.Your responsibilities:Support administrative tasks related to client servicing, reporting, and account maintenance.Assist with the preparation of client materials, portfolio documentation, and meeting follow-ups.Maintain and update client records and contact information within the CRM system.Liaise between internal teams such as compliance, accounting, operations, and marketing to support ongoing initiatives.Contribute to special projects and research assignments as needed.Provide general administrative and ad-hoc support to the Private Wealth team as required.Must have requirements to be successful in this role:Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a bachelor's degree program.Interest in learning about investment management or financial services.Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.Comfort using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).Collaborative spirit and willingness to take initiative.Open to Indigenous students or recent graduates from any educational background.Proficiency in English (spoken and written) required.This is 4-month internship, with the pos...
