【The Role】

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Designer to join our Taiwan Hardware Development Team. This role is perfect for an early-career designer based in Northern Taiwan who is eager to master the full product development lifecycle of e-Readers and related accessories. Under the mentorship of senior designers and engineers, you will gain hands-on experience in CAD design, CMF development, and manufacturing oversight. 【Responsibilities】

• 3D Modeling & Visualization:

Assist in 3D surface construction and modeling using PTC Creo, ensuring models are modified to meet mass production (MP) standards. Utilize KeyShot to create high-quality, realistic design renderings for CMF reviews and internal presentations.

• NPI Execution:

Participate in the full product lifecycle, supporting the design team through NPI phases (EVT/DVT/PVT) to translate concepts into production-ready products.

• CMF & Quality Assistance:

Assist in defining CMF (Color, Material, Finish) specifications and cosmetic inspection standards; help manage limit samples on-site at supplier facilities to ensure production quality.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Program Management teams and manufacturing vendors under senior guidance to track, review, and resolve technical or cosmetic issues during production phases.
