We are the premier Pharmacy Benefits Management solution!Job DescriptionTHIS POSITION IS ONSITE IN NEBRASKA.Summary: The Infrastructure Systems Administrator position is responsible for infrastructure support and oversees overall operations of the systems and services. The Systems Administrators work under general supervision from the Manager, Information Technology.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Researches and recommends innovative, and where possible, automated approaches for system administration tasks. Interacts with Customers and engineers via phone and email.Oversees and owns internal systems including Windows, Linux, Backups, Solarwinds, TruNAS and Hyper-V.Administers Remote Desktop Services and Clustering.Manage Azure infrastructure including backups and restoration.Documents common issues/resolutions creating knowledge databases for the departmental reference.Manages Change Request tasks.Performs daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviews system and application logsOversees the Implementation, installation, configuration, of new Microsoft Windows server operating systems.Monitors, troubleshoots, and evaluates existing and new Microsoft Windows server operating systems.Oversees the application of OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis and upgrades administrative tools and utilities.
