Working closely with attorneys, practice group leadership, and Innovation stakeholders, this role identifies and implements practical solutions that improve legal service delivery, enhance client value, and increase adoption of firm tools and resources. The role requires a practitioner-minded attorney who understands how legal work is performed and can translate technology, process improvement, and innovation concepts into practical guidance for legal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLegal Service Delivery and Client Facing SolutionsLeads initiatives that improve the delivery of legal services through process optimization, workflow design, technology enablement, and operational best practices.Identifies opportunities to enhance efficiency, consistency, quality, and client value by evaluating workflows, resource utilization, service delivery models, and market trends.Partners with attorneys and practice teams to develop, implement, and continuously improve processes, tools, and solutions that support effective legal service delivery.Serves as a trusted advisor on practice innovation, process improvement, legal technology, and service delivery strategies.Designs tools, dashboards, reports, portals, and other resources that provide clients and matter teams with greater visibility into matter metrics, data, and insights.Captures and leverages matter, experience, and practice data to improve future service delivery.Supports collaboration solutions for clients, local counsel, and third parties.Identifies opportunities to present technology-enabled or innovation-focused solutions as part of the firm’s client value proposition.Project and Process ManagementManages practice innovation projects from planning through execution, including scoping, workplan development, stakeholder coordination, timeli...
