ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Installer with Closet America, you’ll bring beauty, organization, and joy to customers' homes through precision-built closet systems. We’ll train you the right way—through hands-on and classroom instruction—so you can grow quickly from Helper to full Installer. If you’re a problem solver who takes pride in great work, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you will:

- Start each day with a pre-check of your van and materials

- Install custom organization systems in customer homes

- Follow Closet America’s proven processes and quality standards

- Work safely and neatly, protecting customers’ homes

- Communicate with the team and customers throughout the day
