This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. The Intake Specialist is an integral part of our team and will assist us with our mission of accelerating the human condition!  Career Team also offers a competitive package including: 401k with a generous employer match; medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employee-sponsored HSA on any qualifying plans; disability insurance; and supplemental insurance Your Impact on Career TEAM’s Success: Act as a first line of contact with participants interested in enrolling into WIOA services  Share information on programs and act as a first line of contact with participants interested in enrolling in WIOA services  Share information on activities, and offerings to all interested participants and answer questions participants may have Collect, respond, and initiate tracking for all virtually submitted applications for service Respond to phone and social media service inquiries Maintain current knowledge of workforce activities across the Greater Memphis area to ensure accurate and responsive assistance for customers engaged Maintain inventory of all virtual program orientation completions and match to program applicants, updating tracking as appropriate Collect and process uploaded program information, including appropriate documentation on applicable tracking systems Respond to inquiries (both internal and external) regarding application status Track and prepare monthly reports regarding incoming calls and touchpoints received Prepare monthly facility access reports to reflect both in-person and incoming phone calls Follow all policies, procedures, and regulations related to eligibility documentation Approach each day and task with a “ZAG” mindset Other duties and projects as needed for the success of the program The Ideal Qualifications for this Position Include: Associate’s degree or higher, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Strong communication skills and knowledge of community resources  Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make well-thought-out decisions Must ...
