By focusing on capturing and converting inbound inquiries, the specialist will play a vital role in driving the firm's growth. This person will alleviate attorneys' workloads by managing initial client interactions and streamlining the follow-up process, ensuring that every potential client receives timely and attentive service.   What you’ll do: Lead Intake and Qualification: Handle incoming calls and form submissions, conduct initial conversations, and assess lead quality. Lead Follow-Up: Track all leads and ensure consistent follow-up via phone, text, and email to prevent lost opportunities.
