Job Summary:The Integrated Care Program Manager is responsible for managing large-scale portfolio programs aligned to strategic objectives that include multiple projects.Essential Functions:Responsible for successful delivery of LTSS and Dual Eligible programsUnderstand the LTSS and Dual Eligible programs to ensure effective cross functional coordination throughout the organizationEnsure program milestone deliverables are completed and approved at every stage of the program lifecycleAssist with the continuous improvement of program / project management best practices, processes, and toolsResponsible for ensuring program closure activities are completedLead stakeholders in the refinement of the program designCollaborate with functional owners on the identification and assignment of resourcesCollaborate with IT and EPMO on the identification and assignment of IT resourcesEnsure compliance to LTSS requirementsCapture and consolidate LTSS Program KPIsAssess, manage, and control program scope, schedule, and change impactsWork closely with business executives to ensure assigned programs aligns with business strategy and are properly funded, resourced, and managedMaintain program stakeholder matrixDrive cross-functional communication between impacted businessWork with Talent Development and Communications to develop project communication and training plansEnsure effective communication across project managers and business analystsFacilitate and drive Program Stakeholder meetingsRepresent program in governance meetingsReview and approved program meeting minutesProvide regular reporting and maintain ongoing communications to senior management, stakeholders and executive sponsorsTrack, compile and report program metrics and budgetIdentify, log, and manage risk, implement mitigation strategies, contingency plans, and communicate/escalate to stakeholdersMaintain program RAIDIdentify, log, assign and resolve or escalate program issues, hindrances, and blockers using company best practicesResponsible for quality or program SharePoint site and program document repositoryProduce detailed reports, business decision documents, meeting minutes, and notification on assigned programDevelop program operations and support planPerforms any other job related duties as requested.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in project management, Business, Computer Science or related field requiredMaster's degree in related field preferredEquivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of required educationThree (3) years program management experience requiredCompetencies, Knowledge and Skills:Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Teams, Outlook, etc.Experience working in project management software is requiredDemonstrates excellent analysis and reporting skillsExcellent decision making/problem solving skillsExceptional interpersonal and relationship building skillsExcellent critical list...
