You’ll partner with teams across the globe to build repeatable playbooks, enable planning technology enhancements, and support the adoption of best practices that elevate our planning effectiveness. We believe that when we bring our different perspectives to work, we are truly Better Together.Your ImpactDrive integrated planning process improvement by mapping, documenting, and maintaining demand and supply planning processes, identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve adoption globally.Partner with regional teams to translate business needs into consistent process standards, decision points, and operating rhythms that foster alignment and efficiency.Support continuous improvement of key planning capabilities, including forecast accuracy, supply plan stability, inventory health, and service performance.Use data and planner feedback to identify process gaps, root causes, and practical improvement opportunities across the end-to-end planning ecosystem.Serve as a business process subject matter expert for demand, supply, and inventory planning workflows within o9 and related planning tools.Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to define requirements, validate enhancements, support testing, and enable adoption of technology changes.Translate process requirements into practical system logic, reporting needs, user stories, and training considerations.Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, RACI...
