With advanced payment automation solutions and a user-friendly API, we help B2B companies become more efficient, successful, and profitable.The Integration Specialist for PayTrace with general supervision, is responsible for ISVintegrations and advanced helpdesk support. The incumbent in this role is responsible forassisting in the maintenance of ISV integration documentation and researching data flows forplatform functionality. This is an ideal position for a recent IT grad looking to pursue a developer career.What you'll do:● Advanced Helpdesk / Technical Support: Provide advanced help desk support formerchants integrated into Paytrace’s API and assist Sales and other business areaswith technical support for potential merchants and strategic alliances. Provideadvanced help to developers of merchant integrations.● Technical Documentation: Assist in maintaining and updating PayTrace integrationand software guides and assist in documenting PayTrace software integrations.● Research: Research, develop and provide data flow for internal and external fileformats and business requirements for requests to the IT Department, assist indesign of new processes and services for viability and business requirements,develop workflows for new processes and perform technical research for IT and otherareas of the business.What we need from you:Bachelor's degree in IT related field or combination of education and work experience.Strong working or educational background with programming languages/frameworks.Experience with with code-level debugging, HTML and CSS.Experience in problem analysis and resolution of software issuesIntellectual curiosity, and critical thinking skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work well as a team member.How to stand out:Experience supporting Small and Medium-Sized businesses (SMB) and Small andMedium-Sized Enterprises (SME )preferred.Knowledge of ACH and credit card processing preferred.Salary Range: $60,000 - $72,000Pay within this range varies by work location and on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
