Our Applied Intelligent Solutions team plays a key role in this transformation — moving beyond analytics to design and deliver tools that turn insight into action. Overview of the position We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to design and deliver automation, tools, and AI-enabled workflows that solve real business problems. This is a hands-on role where you will: Work closely with stakeholders across the business Rapidly prototype and deliver solutions Use modern platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, automation tools, and AI technologies Build solutions that are used in practice and deliver immediate impact You will also act as a key technical contributor for the team and work closely with the wider AI and Engineering organisation to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned to best practices. Main tasks and responsibilities Design and deliver automation, tools, and AI-enabled solutions Translate business needs into practical, working solutions Rapidly prototype and iterate: idea → working solution → improved solution Build integrations and workflows connecting data, systems, and platforms Use modern platforms (e.g. Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, APIs) to deliver solutions Collaborate directly with stakeholders to refine and improve outputs Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation at scale Contribute to reusable components, standards, and best practices Build and maintain integrations across systems and platforms, including APIs, data flows, and workflows Apply reliable engineering practice...
