The Engineering Intern supports the engineering team by assisting with technical documentation, engineering studies, data collection and analysis, prototype support, and other engineering tasks under guidance from experienced engineers.This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to manufacturing engineering, product development support, process improvement, and technical problem-solving in a real manufacturing environment. The role offers an opportunity to learn about prototype builds, process development, validation support, CAD / engineering drawing interpretation, and cross-functional collaboration within a regulated manufacturing setting.Let’s talk about ResponsibilitiesSupport engineers in day-to-day engineering activities and project executionAssist with engineering studies, data collection, and basic data analysis to support problem solving and process improvementSupport prototype builds, sample preparation, trial activities, and workshop tasks under supervisionAssist in preparing, interpreting, and updating CAD models, engineering drawings, and technical documentationHelp maintain work instructions, SOPs, study records, action logs, and other engineering documentationSupport validation, verification, and process readiness activities by preparing data, samples, and supporting documentsParticipate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities by gathering facts, observations, and dataSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, efficiency, cost, and manufacturing readinessWork closely with Manufacturing Engineers, Project Engineers, and Technicians to support project deliverablesLearn and apply engineering principles, company standards, Quality, GMP, and OHS requirements in daily workSupport cross-functional communication and follow-up actions as assignedCarry out other engineering-related tasks and assignments as directed by the ManagerLet’s talk about Qualifications and ExperienceRequired:Currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, or related field)Strong interest in manufacturing, engineering, and NPI activitiesGood analytical thinking, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.Joining us is more than saying “yes” to making the world a healthier place.
