About the roleAs an intern in the Global ITP team, you will play a key role in strengthening how we use data and communication to engage our global trainee community and stakeholders. You will work at the intersection of data analytics, communication strategy, and visual design, helping us continuously improve our communication journey across channels. We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic intern ready to join our dynamic team and work at the Talent & Learning department of ING’s Global HR. What you will doSupport the data analytics within the Global ITP team, translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendationsAnalyze and optimize the end-to-end communication journey, ensuring messages reach the right target audience at the right momentAdapt communication content to ING’s latest communication channels and toolsHelp refresh and improve the design of communication materials, making them visually appealing, modern, and aligned with ING brandingBeing part of a global team with international stakeholdersThe global ITP teamYou will join the global ITP team that is responsible for the International Talent Programme, attracting and hiring graduates with exceptional potential, and empowering them to develop skills and competencies that will, in long-term, contribute significantly to the success of ING.What you bringYou have to be registered at a Dutch University (Bachelor or Master) in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Communication, Marketing, Media, Design, or BusinessFluent in English (Dutch is not required)Strong interest in data-driven approachAffinity with visual design and creating fresh, engaging materialsAnalytical mindset combined with creativityProactive, hands-on, structured, and comfortable working in an international environmentWhat we offerHands-on experience in a global, international teamFlexible working days (due to ever-changing schedules of the University)Room to develop both your analytical and creative skillsA dynamic, supportive environment where your ideas are valuedAn active network of interns at INGFor further questions, please do not hesitate to contact Gisella Besuijen at gisella.besuijen@ing.com.Are you ready to make data speak and help shape the future of communication within ING’s Global ITP team?
