This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities.This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable space flight. Join us in lowering the cost of access to space and enabling Blue Origin’s vision of millions of people living and working in space to benefit Earth.Shift Details:A Shift: 7am-3:30pmResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, stock, and issue MRO materials including spare parts, consumables, tools, and safety suppliesKit parts to work orders. To include physically pulling, packaging, labeling and electronically transacting parts from inventory.Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/CMMS systems (e.g.,Maximo, or equivalent)Conduct cycle counts and periodic physical inventories; reconcile discrepancies in a timely mannerMonitor min/max inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders to prevent stockoutsProcess purchase requisitions and coordinate with procurement to source MRO itemsOrganize and maintain storeroom cleanliness, labeling, and layout following 5S standardsTrack and manage shelf-life controlled items, hazardous materials, and calibrated tools in compliance with applicable regulationsSupport maintenance teams by fulfilling parts requests efficientlyIdentify and disposition obsolete, excess, or surplus inventoryAssist in developing and refining inventory management procedures and best practicesGenerate inventory reports and KPI summaries for management reviewQualificationsPassion for our mission: Millions of people living and working in space!5+ years of experience years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or MRO/storeroom operationsAssociates Degree or High school diploma.Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and familiar with Inventory software (Maximo preferred)Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and record keepingAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and operating material handling equipmentForklift certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.Culture StatementDon’t meet all desired requirements?
