Purpose:  The Inventory Attorney will perform a wide range of litigation support functions, leveraging their legal training to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across matters. The Inventory Attorney will be dedicated to coordinating workstreams within an assigned tort, maintaining deadline controls (pre- and post-filing), and mentoring paralegals/case managers to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. This position can be performed from any of our offices across the United States.  Responsibilities: Understand the requirements, developments, and legal strategy for each litigation and translate the litigation requirements in operational activities, strategies and priorities Maintain deadline controls across case inventory and ensure escalation protocols are followed. Drive filing readiness at scale by ensuring documentation and required pre-filing information supports timely filing decisions and strategic case selection. Deliver a world-class client experience anchored on trust, empathy, and insight by keeping clients informed, managing client expectations, and responding to client inquiries. Assist the Chief Operations Counsel with coordinating and assigning tasks to paralegals and case managers while ensuring quality, timely completion of inventory and filing-readiness tasks.
