We’re searching for a  motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team at the Pittsburgh warehouse facility. In this role, the successful candidate will support day-to-day inventory operations across multiple departments — including Manufacturing, Research & Development, and Fleet — ensuring that materials are available, accurately tracked, and efficiently managed. This position requires a self-starter who takes initiative, demonstrates a commitment to continuous improvement, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative warehouse environment. In this role, you will  Execute shipping and receiving operations for all inbound and outbound materials. Perform picking, packing, and staging of materials to support production workflows and outbound deliveries. Collaborate with Manufacturing, R&D, and Fleet departments to fulfill inventory requests and maintain uninterrupted supply. Conduct regular cycle counts and investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies in a timely manner. Maintain, organize, and replenish kanban areas within the manufacturing environment to support lean operations. Enter, update, and manage inventory records in the organization's ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Utilize Google Sheets and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Drive, Gmail, etc.) to support inventory tracking, reporting, and interdepartmental communication. Operate a box truck (16 ft or larger) to facilitate material transport as required. Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.   Required Qualifications Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in a warehouse or large-scale inventory environment. Minimum of one (1) year of hands-on experience with ERP systems; experience with NetSuite is strongly preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Workspace applications (Docs, Drive, Gmail, etc.).
