Our accounting services include the reconciliation, tracking, accounting for assets, along with preparation and oversight of monthly packages and regulatory schedules.The RoleResponsible for delivering projects and driving operational improvements within the Investment Accounting Group, leveraging data analytics to enhance reporting, transparency, and decision-making. Our suite of services provided to our clients offers opportunities for further personal learning, both in terms of the product types and accounting complexities, as well as the ongoing development of technical strengths.Key Responsibilities Include Develop a strong understanding of BlackRock’s investment accounting platform, products, and services supporting insurance clientsIdentify and implement process improvements that drive consistency and scalabilitySupport the delivery of initiatives through effective tracking of timelines, risks, dependencies, and outcomesProduce clear and concise governance materials, including project updates and status reportingAnalyse operational and project metrics, providing insights to support decision-makingDesign and deliver data visualisations and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to enhance transparency and performance monitoringCollaborate with accounting teams to ensure alignment between project outcomes and core processes and controlsSupport automation and data enablement initiatives in partnership with technology teamsPromote data-driven practices, improving data quality, accessibility, and usage across the functionExperience Required Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, business transformation, or process improvement, ideally within financial servicesExperience working with both business and technology teams...
