The starting pay for the successful candidate depends on various job-related factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education/training, internal value, peer equity, external market demands, and organizational considerations.We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance operational efficiency. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Leads change management and user readiness activities to ensure successful adoption of newly implemented technology solutions, including training, onboarding, communications, and readiness assessments. Partners with business stakeholders to drive adoption, reduce resistance, and ensure end users are prepared to execute new processes enabled by technology.ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering:Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirementsCollaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirementsConduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather informationProcess Analysis:Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvementDevelop process maps and documentationSolution Design:Work with IT and other departments to design and implement solutions that meet business needsEnsure solutions align with company goals and industry best practicesHelp design, document, and maintain system processes for the knowledge baseData Analysis:Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisionsDevelop reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholdersReport on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to IT teamChange Management & User Readiness:Develop & execute a...
