Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion – it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive.Your day at NTT DATAThe IT Business Analyst Leader is a highly skilled and deep subject matter expert in more than one complex enterprise application such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, etc. This role is responsible for managing the testing and troubleshooting of the functionality of the installed enterprise applications and/or systems. This role leads the planning, designing and implementation of multiple assigned enterprise applications and/or systems, as well as performs all of the tasks defined by the project, gathering facts, analyzing client requirements and designing solutions that demonstrate the functionality to support the findings. This role is responsible for managing large, complex engagements and may assist with portions of smaller engagements when required.Key Responsibilities:Lead requirement elicitation through client interviews and workshopsAnalyze business processes and define As-Is / To-Be workflowsDefine and document business and functional requirements clearlyProduce and clearly explain key BA deliverables, including: Business Requirement Documents (BRD) Screen definition and screen list Interface requirement definitionsFunctional structure / system function allocation diagrams Lead stakeholder alignment and gain agreement from both clients and development teams Communicate requirements effectively to engineers, functional consultants, and testers Support test planning and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Collaborate with Project Managers on scope control, issue management, and change requests Communicate with Japanese clients in Japanese, when required by the projectKnowledge and Attributes 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role in IT system development projects Strong experience in upstream phases, including: Business analysis (As-Is / To-Be) Requirements definition (business and functional requirements) Basic functional design and early solution shaping Solid understanding of system development lifecycle in Waterfall and/or Agile projects Ability to clearly explain requirements and deliverables and lead consensus among stakeholders Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills Business-level English communication skills (written and spoken) Preferred Qualifications: Experience using screen mockup or prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD) Experience supporting requirement clarification using wireframes or prototypes Experience as a BA for ERP or enterprise systems (D365 F&O, Business Central, SAP, etc.) Business domain ...
